Clinical Outreach Alliances with Seabrook House
Clinical Outreach was created around the core belief that alcohol and drug rehab treatment needs to be a minimum of 4 – 5 weeks. An initiative that focuses on the treatment and recovery process from inpatient to aftercare, Clinical Outreach representatives Lindy Judd, LCSW, LCADC, Patricia Connors, BA, CAC, work conjointly with aftercare providers in the community to assist Seabrook House patients upon their discharge of the inpatient treatment program.
Providers in the Clinical Outreach Network include: private practice psychologists and clinicians, licensed social workers, outpatient facilities, psychiatrists, psychiatric hospitals, and community based programs in the New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Massachusetts (MA), Rhode Island (RI), Pennsylvania (PA), Delaware (DE) and Maryland (MD) regions.
