The priest, a monsignor in Hartford, Connecticut, allegedly made more than $300,000 in a meth distribution network that stretched from California to Connecticut. The Diocese of Bridgeport suspended him last year after questions were raised about his personal conduct, including drug sales and sexual encounters with men in the rectory.
