The Seabrook Way
Seabrook House has a plan for our drug and alcohol addiction patients for their first year. Our first step is always detox, a comprehensive and customized detox plan begins the rehabilitation process. Our Seabrook House method is broken up into three core phases after the initial detoxification. Three phases are inpatient, transitional, and maintenance.
Phase one (Inpatient) involves four to five weeks of inpatient rehabilitation. It focuses on healing and realignment of body, mind, and spirit. Our inpatient recovery program is completely customized to the drug and alcohol addiction patient and involves a multifaceted treatment and therapy program.
Phase two (Transitional) involves finding an environment to sustain a sober lifestyle. We recommend twelve weeks of transitional living. It could be in a halfway house, three-quarter house, or sober living transitional program, like out Seabrook West 90-Day Transitional rehab program. Each patient will have a different recommendation from our primary therapists and case managers.
Phase three (Maintenance) includes a strong recommendation for individual, group, or family counseling at least once per week for thirty-five weeks. Seabrook House offers individual, group or family counseling or can direct you to drug and alcohol addiction counseling seervices.
The Seabrook House model is what guides our programs and is the backbone to our customized recovery plan for our drug and alcohol addiction patients.
